Farmworkers Service & Workforce Development End of 2020 Success

Our Farmworker Services & Workforce Development Division is always succeeding in finding new ways to exceed expectations. Our team is given annual performance goals to accomplish each program year for the Department of Labor for the National Farmworker Jobs Program. The goals measure a cohort’s employment rate, measurable skills gained, credentials earned, and other similar statistics. We report on our progress towards these goals quarterly. All these trackable statistics indicate how effective we are in creating pathways for those seeking a better future!
