Board of Directors

CHD’s Board of Directors represents a cross-section of the communities the organization serves. The Board reflects and promotes anti-poverty leadership by assessing and responding to the causes of poverty in Northern California; overseeing program development and delivery to ensure positive outcomes; and guaranteeing the organization remains administratively and fiscally sound.

Executive Leadership

CHD’s executive, administrative, and program leaders oversee five lines of service: Farmworker Services; Affordable Housing; Community Services; and Immigration. Nearly 100 staff members working throughout Northern California assist them in support of our mission: Creating opportunities for people to rise above barriers in pursuit of better lives.
