Fire Relief, Time for Fun

Calling all fire relief workers employed by California Human Development in Lake County!  Time to put down your shovels and axes and grab your fishing gear and water toys. After two devastating summers of fires in Lake County, you’ve worked exceptionally hard to help rebuild.  You’ve chopped and chain-sawed with great dedication and we are grateful!

Please join us on Saturday, September 10 to relax together and celebrate our accomplishments. Workers from all CHD worksites are invited, including Lake County Parks & Recreation, Hoberg’s Historical Association, Harbin Hot Springs and Adidam. Families welcome and plenty of fun to be had with a swim area, a dock for fishing and a boat launch. Bring softball gear for “site vs site” games, as well as any other outdoor toys you may want.

Great food will be provided at a late lunch BBQ, please bring your own drinks and ice chests for the day.

WHEN:  Saturday, September 10, 11am to dusk
